Abstract

The following thesis is an architectural blueprint, aimed at the solution of cultural problems within the premises of the university town (U.M.S.N.H). In this place there (Radio Nicolaíta), currently it has too much demand and spaces are poor and are in poor condition. Throughout the document it will be explained further existential problems and their consequences and the importance of their solution. The preparation of this work will be broken down by three stages: the introduction, the analytical stage, and the proactive stage, responding to design goals, as well as responses and proposals, creating a formal hypothesis of architectural design.

El siguiente trabajo de tesis es un anteproyecto arquitectónico, enfocado a la solución de la problemática cultural dentro de las instalaciones de la ciudad universitaria (U.M.S.N.H). En dicho lugar existe (Radio Nicolaíta), actualmente tiene demasiada demanda y los espacios son deficientes y están en malas condiciones. A lo largo del documento se explicará más a fondo los problemas existenciales, así como sus consecuencias y la importancia que tiene su solución. La elaboración de este trabajo estará desglosada por tres etapas: la parte introductoria, la etapa analítica, y la etapa propositiva, respondiendo a objetivos de diseño, así como las respuestas y propuestas, creando una hipótesis formal del diseño arquitectónico.
