Resumen
The aim of this study is to visualize a clear and objective way of damages that occur in the hydraulic concrete in order to have a broader view on this subject is necessary to know the micro-structure of cement, ie chemical elements that produce reactions that influence the behavior of hydraulic concrete from physically, chemically and mechanically as in hydraulic concrete produce a variety of different common damage factors such as climate, processing procedures, materials used for processing , corrosion of structural members, impact cracking, etc. Concrete is one of the most currently used in the construction industry due to their physical, chemical and mechanical properties of materials, since it is highly resistant to compression material, and which can be molded into almost any shape that one required, including more civil engineering constructions used are the following: buildings, bridges, pavements, dams, dwellings and on some roads. Its preparation is a mixture of one or more binders (usually cement) with stone materials (gravel and sand), water and optionally, additives and additions. Cement hydrates in contact with water, starting complex chemical reactions that result in the setting and hardening of the mixture. The pathology of concrete in a hotly researched in the construction industry, as new techniques and products for the repair of hydraulic concrete are acquired, as well as tools to detect damages that occur in hydraulic concrete, that kind They are impairments. Unfortunately there damage or defects that occur in hydraulic concrete structures is no longer possible to repair this because the amount of damage that occurs in these structures, as such partially or completely demolish the building in question is necessary.
