Propuesta de mejoramiento de imagen urbana centro de Santiago Undameo, Morelia Michoacán

Abstract

Currently, the urban image is a subject in which few people stop to appreciate and analyze, despite constantly finding ourselves in front of it, it is something that is not given due importance, which is why there is commonly a lack of interest in maintaining a good urban image, since it is very common as a society to think individually when we refer to the image without taking into account what the composition will be like in an urban environment. This thesis project called "Proposal to improve the urban image of the center of Santiago Undameo" is carried out with the purpose of specifying an urban architectural analysis of the study area and understanding the impact generated by the urban image, carrying out a study of the different elements that make up the urban image and how they influence deterioration. The main objective of this project is to carry out an analysis at the urban architectural level, understanding the causes that generate a bad urban image of the area, information with which a series of intervention strategies are developed that result in an image improvement project. urban, analyzing the possible beneficiaries at the social and urban level, having as main beneficiaries the tenure and its inhabitants. The methodology to follow consists of a series of stages, which includes an investigation with the information collected through field data and photographic survey of the sector, as well as the information collected from various sources of consultation. A stage where the diagnosis of the current state is carried out, registering the damages and deteriorations presented in the study area, analyzing the possible causes of these deteriorations. Finally, a stage where it includes all the urban and architectural plans as the final presentation of the project.

Resumen Actualmente la imagen urbana es un tema en el cual pocas personas se detienen a apreciar y analizar, a pesar de constantemente encontrarnos frente a ella es algo a lo cual no se le da la importancia debida, es por ello que comúnmente existe un desinterés por mantener una buena imagen urbana, ya que es muy común como sociedad pensar de manera individual cuando nos referimos a la imagen sin tomar en cuenta cómo será la composición en un ambiente urbano. Este proyecto de tesis llamado “Propuesta de mejoramiento de la imagen urbana del centro de Santiago Undameo” se realiza con la finalidad de concretar un análisis urbano arquitectónico de la zona de estudio y comprender el impacto que genera la imagen urbana, realizando un estudio de los diferentes elementos que conforman la imagen urbana y como es que influyen en el deterioro. El objetivo principal de este proyecto consiste en realizar un análisis a nivel urbano arquitectónico comprendiendo las causas que generan una mala imagen urbana de la zona, información con la cual se desarrolla una serie de estrategias de intervención que den como resultado un proyecto de mejoramiento de imagen urbana, analizando los posibles beneficiarios a nivel social y urbano, teniendo como principales beneficiarios a la tenencia y sus pobladores. La metodología a seguir consiste en una serie de etapas, donde abarca una investigación con la información recolectada por medio de datos de campo y levantamiento fotográfico del sector, así como la información recabada de diversas fuentes de consulta. Una etapa donde se realiza el diagnóstico del estado actual registrando los daños y deterioros presentados en la zona de estudio analizando los posibles causantes de estos deterioros. Por último, una etapa donde incluye todos los planos urbanos y arquitectónicos como presentación final del proyecto.
