Proyecto arquitectónico de centro médico veterinario con albergue en Huetamo Michoacán

Abstract

This document was based on the development of an architectural project for a "veterinary center with shelter, in the city of Huetamo, Michoacán". Although the city's equipment includes Veterinary; these do not have the adequate equipment; they lag behind in terms of the inclusion of technology and insufficient space for the protection of animals. It is for this reason that the architectural proposal aims to offer suitable spaces for better medical care and necessary care for its animals, by breaking the trend of restoring and adapting preexisting buildings. The document was prepared according to the “Special research methodology applied to terminal works in Architecture”. Where different techniques and instruments of data collection were used such as: analysis of documentary sources, direct observation, interviews, etc. In general, the project was approached based on three axes: descriptive memory, preliminary project development, to conclude with the preparation of the planimetry corresponding to the executive architectural project.

El presente documento se basó en el desarrollo de un proyecto arquitectónico para un “centro médico veterinario con albergue en Huetamo Michoacán”. Aunque el equipamiento de la ciudad incluye Veterinarias; estas no cuentan con el equipo adecuado; presentan rezago en cuanto a inclusión de tecnología e insuficiencia de espacios para el resguardo de animales. Es por ello, que la propuesta arquitectónica tiene la finalidad de ofrecer espacios aptos para una mejor atención médica y cuidados necesarios para los animales de la misma, al romper la tendencia de restaurar y adaptar edificios preexistentes. El documento se elaboró acorde a la “Metodología especial de investigación aplicada a trabajos terminales en Arquitectura”. Donde se emplearon diferentes técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos como son: análisis de fuentes documentales, observación directa, entrevistas, etcétera. De manera general se abordó el proyecto con base a tres ejes: memoria descriptiva, desarrollo de anteproyecto, para concluir con la elaboración de la planimetría correspondiente al proyecto arquitectónico ejecutivo.
