Resumen
The results of an experiment can cause multiple variables. In these situations it is required to have a probability function which describes the variation of the probability of occurrence with respect to the variation of these variables. This probability function must into account the effect of multiple random variables is called the joint probability distribution. A joint probability distribution can be discrete or continuous depending on the variables described.
