Previous works [1, 2, 3] have been devoted to studying systems whose state depends on time and whose resources are renewable. The proposed method was based on functional operators with shift. The balance equations of considered models were functional equations with shifts. In this work the inverse operator of the equations is constructed by effective methods. Theory Neumann series and methods for solving integral equations with degenerate kernel have been used. The structure of the inverse operator is analyzed. Having applied the inverse operator we can resolve the balance equations.
