dc.description.abstractWe all know the importance of warming to improve physical performance during a hard workout or strenuous competition, but in most cases we realize how little importance of proper heating, efficient and enables the use of all physical qualities the student. There is a proper technique with its phases is done methodically, gradually that is applicable to all people, what we get is adapted to the individual characteristics of each student. How could we improve our physical activities if we could practice regularly and properly following a warm-up routine according to our needs.
