dc.description | This publication describes current status and outlooks of plant genetic resources, breeding and biotechnology in Kazakhstan needs assessment results, and priority activities for their development and effective interaction. The presented analytical review was carried out within the framework of the UN Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO) Project TCP/KAZ/3202 "Strengthening the Plant Biotechnology Capacity for Sustainable Utilization of Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture in Kazakhstan", 2010-2011.
