El lenguaje oral no es la única forma de comunicación, pero sí una las más humanas y esenciales. Una buena expresión y comprensión lingüística facilita las relaciones interpersonales. Hablar bien da confianza y seguridad, favorece el crecimiento personal y la autoestima, al mismo tiempo que contribuye a hacer más agradable y efectivo el acto comunicativo. El frenillo lingual corto origina básicamente dos problemas: el primero, la fijación de la lengua al suelo de la boca (anquiloglosia) y el segundo, el diastema interincisivos inferior.Introduction: Oral language is a communicative behavior that appears in the child when the need and possibility of speaking arise in him.
