El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar las nuevas formas de participación en vínculo con el PRO. Es así, que pretendemos focalizar nuestro análisis en las Organizaciones No Gubernamentales (ONG). En efecto, vamos a situar su surgimiento a partir crisis de los Partidos Políticos Ideológicos de Masas y en el desarrollo del capitalismo financiero global. Por otra parte, también se va a buscar situar el lugar que ocupan las ONG en el marco de la estrategia del globalismo financiero neoliberal, y particularmente en la gestión del actual gobierno, realizando mediaciones con las formas de intervención en lo social, en el marco del control de los recursos y ejecución de la política social. En este sentido, es que se va a reconstruir las funciones estratégicas de las ONG en la vinculación permanente con los sectores populares.The objective of this paper is to analyze the new forms of participation in connection with the PRO. Thus, we intend to focus our analysis on Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). In effect, we are going to situate its emergence from the crisis of the Ideological Political Parties of Masses and in the development of global financial capitalism. On the other hand, it is also going to seek to place the place occupied by NGOs within the framework of the neoliberal financial globalism strategy, and particularly in the management of the current government, making mediations with the forms of intervention in the social, within the framework of control of resources and execution of social policy.
