dc.description.abstractThe object of this paper is to analyze organizational change in non-profit making societies starting from the approach of evaluation of change. The goal is to identify the agenda of some of those non-profit organizations and to explain the process of organizational change in functional, structural, behavioral and relational dimensions, because those are considered basic parts of our approach.
