Dynamical squeezing enhancement in the off-resonant Dicke model

We show that the maximum atomic squeezing that can be achieved in the vacuum off-resonant Dicke model (governed by the effective Hamiltonian ∼Sz 2) can be essentially enhanced by applying a sequence of π/2 pulses at certain time moments. The major effect is obtained after the first pulse.
