ABSTRACT: The present work describes the seismic, petrophysical and geostatistical analysis of the Cloudspin Field, located north of the Gulf of Mexico and forming part of the Mississippi River fan belonging to the State of Louissiana E.U. For this, a wide collection of geological (stratigraphic, structural and lithological) and geophysical data from the study area was carried out, locating the lithology, the sedimentary environment and the tectonic processes that intervened in the formation of the Mississippi River fan, as well as at the opening of the Gulf of Mexico. This with the aim of having a broader geological overview of the site and having the basic tools of geophysics to understand the procedure to be carried out. The Cloudspin Field has 28 wells, of which two of them are outside the seismic cube, for the present work, only three wells of the field were used: Well Agate H6, Chalcopyrite B3 and Garnet 4. With the help of the field seismic and PETREL® software, a seismic interpretation was made, marking the present lithological horizons, DALLAS, KOBE, HOUSTON and PARIS, as well as the realization of fault modeling; allowing with both cases the knowledge of structures present in the area. With the use of the Interactive Petrophysics® software and the geophysical records present in the wells under study, the petrophysical interpretation was carried out, obtaining with it various petrophysical properties, such as: Lithology, Water Saturation, Oil Saturation, Permeability, Clay Content and with it, the location of the Pay Areas of each formation of the wells under study. Subsequently, and with the collaboration of the Stanford Geostatistical Modeling Software (SGeMS)®, the spatial variation of the parameters (Variograms) of the wells was carried out, that is, a geostatistical process was carried out in order to generate cubes of petrophysical properties. Finally, the results obtained from each interpretation were unified and a more precise interpretation of each well studied was conformed, with this, they were able to locate the zones of greater economic interest, that is to say the Pay Zones of each geological formation that intervene in the wells interpreted.
