Abstract

ABSTRACT: One of the most used materials in the construction industry are the blocks. There is a big variety of them. But there is not at 100%,a block which is ecollogically with diferent properties and dimentions from the commercial ones. This investigation had the purpose to verify the properties of the hay as a material construction. Using this organic material for the elaboration of this product which is usually 100% inorganic,represented a real challenge,trying to accomplish with all the ---- tests wasn't an easy chore. The main aim of this work was to verify it is possible to make a different dimentions block with the same purpose and use of a normal block,only by pouring hay and nopal as main materials. There was an investigation from the past,present and possible materials that can be used for the make up of this technology,the used materials were nopal,hay and concrete. After the investigation,the make up of the prototipe and lab tests were being made,at the same time,the project selection,place,site analisys,steps to follow,arquitectonic and ejecutive project nd production costs were being made too By this way,there were succesful results which accomplished with most of the hypothesis we purposed in a beginning. In conclution,the main aims of this technology and the hypothesis were overpassed leading to benefic results for the investigation and application of this technology.
