Sistema integral de licitación para incrementar la productividad de la empresa alstom t&d, unidad de sistemas de alta tensión

Abstract

RESUMEN: Como respuesta a la situación inestable de las organizaciones en México por la falta de un diagnóstico que determine las debilidades que impiden su desarrollo en el entorno empresarial, es primordial para alstom t&d unidad de sistemas de alta tensión, determinar el por qué sus ingresos han disminuido considerablemente en los últimos años. Por tal motivo el presente trabajo es el resultado de la recopilación y análisis de la información necesaria para identificar áreas susceptibles de mejora de esta empresa y dar solución a sus problemas financieros u operativos según sea el caso.

ABSTRACT: In response to the unstable situation that organizations in Mexico are going trhough because of the lack of diagnosis nended to identify weak areas, AIstom T&D Unit of High Tension Systems have committed themselves to determining the reasons why their development has been prevented from being optimum as well as the reasons why their income has fallen considerably in the last few years. Consequently, the present work is the result of the compilation and analysis of the information vital to find areas prone to betterment, and thus give a positive response to the financial and operative problems whatever the area might be. Next, every chapter comprised in this thesis work is described in detail, each of which will be considered by AIstom T&D Unit of High Tension Systems and any other enterprises as a relevant starting point.
