La Constitución mexicana en su Centenario. ¿Estado social de derecho?

dc.descriptionThis article exposes the iter of the constitutional law and synthesizes the transformations that have taken place in the institutional system and different categories, as a way to emphasize the dynamics that to this tenor have been made in the conception and roles taken by the constitution. In this structure, it analyzes the Centennial of the Constitution of 1917 and investigates to what extend the current Mexican constitutionalism can be placed in the time line of Constitutional Law. As to make a reflection on whether there a social state exists in Mexico.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo expone el iter del derecho constitucional y sintetiza las transformaciones que se han producido en su sistema de instituciones y categorías, destacando también la dinámica que a este tenor se ha efectuado en la concepción y roles de la constitución. En esa tesitura, analiza el Centenario de la Constitución de 1917 e indaga en qué punto se coloca el constitucionalismo mexicano actual en la línea del tiempo del Derecho Constitucional. Reflexiona si puede considerarse que en México perdura un Estado social.es-ES
