The raramuri peoplc believe that the whole nature is alive. In tarahumara culture all things are good or evil: animals, minerals, plants, human beings, the extraterrestrial world and the different kinds of gods and spirits. Nwertheless many of them are both: good and evil and their dlfferent attitude appears in the goodor evil results, according to an invisible and universal law ofbalance which governs the whole world and all the creatureswhich are upon it. All these concepts and realities are illust¡ated in the worldview of the tarahumara people of Chihuahua, Mexico.El pueblo Rarámuri tiene la creencia de que la naturaleza es un ente viviente. En la cultura tarahumara todas las cosas son buenas o malas: animales, minerales, plantas, seres humanos, el mundo extraterrestre y las diferentes clases de dioses y espíritus. Sin embargo, muchos de ellos son ambas: el bien y el mal y sus diferentes actitudes se manifiestan en los buenos o malos resultados, de acuerdo con una ley del balance invisible y universal que gobierna el mundo y a todas las criaturas que lo habitan.
