Physiocratic school, affirmed the need for freedom and private property, and punishes those who attempted against both institutions. But perhaps the most controversial physiocracy theory is about the state intervention, joined with the concept of "happiness", suggests that we should not use violence to seek our own profit, therefore Physiocrats want to reduce legislative activity. La Escuela Fisiocrática afirmaba la necesidad de mantener la libertad y la propiedad privada, así como castigar a quienes atentaran contra ambas instituciones. Pero quizá la teoría más controvertida de la fisiocracia es la relativa a la intervención del Estado, unida al concepto de “felicidad”, plantea que no hay que emplear la violencia para que cada uno busque su propia utilidad, por lo tanto quieren, los fisiócratas, reducir la actividad legislativa a su mínima expresión
