O profissional de pedagogia em espaços não escolares: um breve panorama da produção científica

The text deals with the performance of the pedagogue in non-school spaces. It aims to explore the Brazilian scientific production about this professional in non-school spaces through the consultation, selection and reading of abstracts of dissertations and theses defended between 2006 and 2018 that were made available in the catalog of theses and dissertations of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel ( CAPES). The results indicated that 35 studies were defended that dealt with the pedagogue in non-school spaces, mostly in Master's courses, and that had this theme as their central object of study, highlighting the pedagogue's performance, the functions developed by the pedagogue, the practice of the pedagogue, the education and training policies of the pedagogue to work in this field, the self-regulation of learning present in the pedagogue's performance, the pedagogue's social representations about their spaces of action, the pedagogues' knowledge, the pedagogue's contributions to the programs and projects, as well as the meaning of pedagogy for teacher educators. It is concluded that the pedagogue's field of action transcends the school space and there is a need to expand studies at the Doctorate level, bringing new contributions to the field.
