This article presents some reflections on the reformulation of collective Educational Policy Project and the manager's role in the consolidation of a strong curriculum and purpose. The work was carried out taking as parameters the official educational documents and the reality in which the School Creative Space is inserted. An institution that serves students of the early years of elementary education from the working-class popular one suburb of the city of Bom Despacho. Relations will be analyzed here: Curriculum and Educational Policy Project, curriculum and the role of manager, curriculum and teaching practice. To this end, initially present themselves to certain approaches of major authors in the field of study curriculum in Brazil, and then explanations about the importance of a well-articulated curriculum with the educational policy projects as an instrument of social transformation.
