People management is an area that plays a strategic role in organizations, highlighting it as a requirment for aligning individual with organizational premises.
In thus way, people management practices must be integrated, allowing the set of gestational policies and practices to, at the same time, meet the interests and expectation of the organization and people; demonstrating tha importance of peope mangement sector in hospital organizations.
It is an area that operates on the front line, dealing with employees and aiming to resolve conflicts and allowing the institution to achieve its objectives in the best possible way.
Form a bibliographic review, the work aims to elucidate the importance of people management in a hospital organization; an essential area in hospital management, wich will allow tha institution to obtain better results with regard not only to the quality of care provided, but also to poerational and financial aspects, through recognition, identitications and investment in human capital.
