O uso da sequência didática em ciências: estratégia para desenvolver atividades investigativas

The study examined how the use of didactic sequences favor working with the
investigative activities. It started with the assumption that it is an important strategic
tool for the process of teaching and learning quality of students. The methodology
used was a field research developed with students from elementary school from the
public school Belo Horizonte / MG. The paths taken during the investigation involved
implementation of a plan of action, through the development and implementation of a
didactic sequence for data collection. Other methods were observation and records
in board documents. The analyzes were based on reference as Ana Maria de
Carvalho Person, Antoni Zabala among others. The results show that the didactic
sequences in science developed from research activities are an effective strategy for
teacher planning and consequently to the development of cognitive skills of students.
