The current presence in the current scenario of Gas Stations and the growing demand from consumers oblige companies in the sector to continuously seek to improve the factors that maintain their preference in the market. And in this tuning fork, this study has as main objective the identification of the relevant factors for the decision-making of the dispatch consumer. The methodology used is a case study carried out at a gas station located in the center-south region of Belo Horizonte / MG, using a qualitative approach, through bibliographic survey procedures and case analysis through a directed questionnaire application. in order to identify the profile of the consumers who visit the Post. The result of the survey reveals that local businesses are the preferred place for those surveyed to make their purchases, the vast majority looking for the main product offered by the Gas Station, also indicates high importance of aspects involving service and location. The price variable appears to be of lesser importance among the researched variables, showing quality more important in comparison with the price paid for the products.
