Abstract

The present document proposes the execution of an improvement plan that seeks to simplify the development of some activities carried out within the company Mediterranean Shiping Company as an international business practitioner in the position of apprentice in the Logistics area, In addition to exposing several geographical and internal aspects of the company in a global way and of the main headquarters in Colombia which is located in Bogota D. C as they are mission, vision, objectives, number of employees, organization chart, values and some of the services the company provides to its different clients, Similarly, some of the tasks that are performed in this position as support to the area in general and the contributions received in this time span as work and personal experience will be described in a practical way.
