Resumen
The general environment or context in which business is conducted continually reveals the message that change is constant, companies must migrate to more competitive positions, where they focus on being more effective in meeting stakeholder requirements. An organization that does not adapt to changes in different contexts takes risks by planning actions that may not be effective. Part of these changes are related to products and services; however, in Colombia this context is conditioned by labor issues, i.e. internal aspects related to workers. The company PALMERAS CARARABO S.A. aware of this situation and of all the possible impacts of ignoring this context, decided to implement the integrated management system under the standards of the NTC ISO 9001:2015 norms and the decree 1072 of 2015 of occupational safety and health management in Colombia, in order to anticipate the continuous changes that previously affected it. As a result of the consultancy carried out by the master candidates, the organization was provided with sufficient elements for the implementation of these two standards. With this, it is expected that actions will be developed to ensure the satisfaction of the client and other interested parties, and contribute to the prevention of injuries and deterioration of the health of the company's personnel
