Every improvement plan is a teamwork methodology to achieve the objectives and goals proposed, for this, the action plan must be defined, identifying the problem or problems to be improved, the actions to be carried out, those responsible, the time or term, the follow-up plan or indicators and the constant and objective evaluation. It is for this reason that Frutas Y Verduras
Pérez Marín S.A.S, a company dedicated to the commercialization of essential products of the family basket, after carrying out a diagnosis in it, establishes that it is essential to implement improvement plans where the most vulnerable aspects can be worked on of the company, so that in this way it achieves exponential growth in the market and to be able to carry out all the
established goals. It is a system that facilitates renewal, development and progress, making it possible to
respond correctly and efficiently to the needs of the company, which will ultimately result in a better service or product for customers. As the food company grows and the market in which it operates evolves, actions must also change to ensure that the business continues to prosper.
