Resumen
Companies in general must have a correct and coordinated development in each of their functional areas, this allows them to execute their activities efficiently and control different adversities th|at can obstruct their daily activities focused on their productivity. Therefore, it is important to identify different strategies that can solve these negative factors, which in many cases can become problems that are really difficult to control and that can affect different functionalities in its business structure. The following research was carried out in the company Eon Group S.A. which consists of analyzing different internal areas and the functionality applied in each one of them, since they are a fundamental part of the organizational structure of the company. On the other hand, each area is evaluated under an initial diagnosis, identifying weak factors to take into account for its possible improvement and potentialization. After obtaining the results and making the previous diagnosis, the construction of the action plan begins, the purpose of which is to propose solution strategies for each of the negative findings identified. In conclusion, it is evident that the company has different shortcomings in its internal processes developed by all areas that compose it, which is why the implementation of new strategies must be under standards of efficiency and productivity in order to achieve a better performance in its structure.
