Resumen

The present work evidences the process of business practice that was carried out in the company Zona Franca Santander S.A during the second semester of the year 2022. During this period it was possible to acquire knowledge about land logistics and its customs processes, and it was possible to strengthen skills and skills that were acquired during the degree.
