The present project seeks to design the organizational structure of the company “Naturalmente” in accordance with the PMI® Guidelines postulated in the PMBOK®. A diagnosis of the current situation of the company is initially made by applying the SWOT matrix, in this way it is possible to assess the different factors that may affect or not its development and carry out a technical revision on the company, which allows structuring its organization. Once its environment has been analyzed, each of the knowledge areas according to the PMBOK® are developed: Integration Management, Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Resource Management, Communications Management, Risk Management, Acquisition Management, and Stakeholder Management. These areas of knowledge allow having a global and detailed view from which the following are proposed: strategies, control follow-ups, and quality tools, which allow structuring the organization of "Naturally". Based on the development of these areas, a new line of business is proposed to the company that intends to strengthen its participation in the market and increase its revenues, which will allow “Naturalmente” to become financially and administratively potentialized. The organizational structure proposal for the company is then outlined, taking into account each of the elements studied and under the PMBOK® guidelines, serving as a supporting structure for decision-making and effective management in each area of the company, in addition to providing tools to meet the strategic objectives presented.
