In the present paper, it was proposed to attend to the problem evidenced in the Ingentec company about the lack of a structured methodological guide to carry out the implementation of the quality management system in the company's operating process, which has led in the initiatives developed by the company to erroneous estimates in time, resources and costs, reprocesses and lack of definition in the objectives, to finally not have a real project; therefore, the general objective was defined as "Structuring the implementation plan of the Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 21500 standard in the operational process of the Ingentec company to guarantee the execution of the project" to develop this objective, as method, the initial state of the operative process in the company was determined through a diagnosis aligned with the requirements set forth by ISO 9001, in order to establish the starting point and adjust the roadmap and the activities of the schedule following the parameters of ISO 21500. and also, to the needs and requirements evidenced in the initial diagnosis, which allowed to obtain as a result the implementation strategy that the company will be able to adopt and develop as an internal organizational project, allowing to establish in the discussions that the company will be able to follow the defined roadmap. and thus have more control in the direction and management of the project, starting the process of implementation of quality management in its operating process and in the future replicate this project in its other organizational processes, with a view to seeking ISO 9001 quality certification.
