Abstract

This publication presents stories that have among their intentions, to make something shake in us and move us to action. Imagining the pain of the victims and achieving with our actions as human beings and as citizens, the longed-for never again, will be a great beginning for the construction of peace and for the reparation of those who suffer the most in the context of violence. Some of these stories have emerged from multiple encounters and interviews with university students and people I have met on trips through the Colombian Orinoco region. They have wanted to tell their stories, they want their voices to echo in the consciences of the readers. Also because with their stories they want to exorcise the misfortune of violence. It is through storytelling that they seek meaning to their stories, which they hope no one will ever have to live through again.
