Resumen
Development of a design proposal for an ecological hotel in the municipality of Guadalupe, that reflects the relevance of preserving the natural and rural areas of the town without ignoring the tourism in the area. This is based on the fulfillment of specific objective, a general objective and the analysis of three references with similar ecological characteristics and also with a similar type of design to be developed (cabin type). The conclusions of the analyzed references reside in respecting the environment, minimal impact to the land, and adapting the design to it.
This proposal is given in order to integrate guests / tourists with the natural environment, and help to implement this type of ecological architecture in the municipality and in the country. First we must know what type of tourism is the most common in the municipality and thanks to this what sites are sought to be highlighted in the town to enrich the experience of tourists. It is also necessary to know about the materiality and sustainable construction in order to achieve this work with the least posible damage to the environment and preserving the naturalness of the area. In order to execute the project, there’s a need to perform a study of land use, a study of tensions and a study of networks must be made, this in order to choose the most suitable batch for the project, which responds to the needs of the user and the proposal, and that it have a relevance on what is to be achieved with the project. The design of the eco hotel seeks to integrate with the natural environment, creating a place to stay that represents the naturalness of the town, raising awareness about the importance of implementing ecological architecture in the buildings and create a space of rest and disconnection for visitors.
