The MAS-100 equipment was used for sampling and the environmental variables were recorded; relative humidity and temperature with the thermohygrometer, in the identification of microorganisms Gram stain was used for bacteria and lactophenol blue stain for fungi.
Was obtained, the areas with the highest concentration of bioaerosols were the Market Square and the EDUSAN school, and the genera with the highest frequency of apartition were Staphylococcus and Rhodotorula, presenting a high health risk for people, since they can cause diseases such as asthma, pneumonia and mainly affect the entire respiratory tract.
