Abstract

The Faculty of Jurisprudence of the Universidad del Rosario, in association with the Embassy of the United States in Colombia, the "Rodrigo Lara Bonilla" Judicial School and the Superior Council of the Judiciary, developed the project "Environmental Justice for the Judicial Branch", whose The objective was to diagnose, design and implement the environmental justice component for the Judicial Branch of Colombia. This book compiles this work in order to contribute to the strengthening of environmental knowledge, hoping to promote knowledge, attitudes and suitable procedures to respond to problems related to both the affectation of natural resources and the environment
