La negociación colectiva : análisis y su papel en la protección social en Colombia.

Abstract

El Grupo de Protección Social y Conflicto de la Universidad Libre presenta el estudio sobre la negociación colectiva en Colombia y su impacto en la protección social y en las relaciones de trabajo; se llega a la conclusión de que en los últimos años se ha reducido la negociación colectiva, por la influencia del modelo económico neoliberal y la cultura de la intolerancia, presente en los últimos años en Colombia en contra de las organizaciones sindicales; por tanto, existe una menor protección social, y una relación directa: entre más negociación colectiva, más protección social, entre menos negociación colectiva, menos protección social.

The Group of Social Protection and Conflict of the Universidad Libre, shows the study of the Collective bargaining in Colombia and her impact in the social protection in the relations of work; coming to the conclusion, which for the last years has diminished the Collective bargaining, for the influence of the economic neoliberal model and the culture of the intolerance; present in the last years in Colombia in opposition to the union organizations, therefore exists a minor social protection, a direct relation being created between collective bargaining more social protection, fewer collective bargaining fewer social protection.
