Nivel de conocimiento sobre VIH/Sida en adolescentes de 5to año de secundaria de la Institución Educativa Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes - Ica – setiembre 2019

Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre VIH/SIDA en adolescentes de 5to año de secundaria de la institución educativa “Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes” - Ica – Setiembre 2019
Material y métodos: Se trata de una investigación, observacional, transversal, prospectiva y descriptiva realizada en los alumnos del 5to de secundaria de la Institución Educativa “Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes de Ica que cuenta con 200 alumnos de 5to de secundaria de donde se obtuvo una muestra representativa de 132 alumnos, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario sobre conocimientos del VIH/SIDA.
Resultados: Los estudiantes del 5to año de secundaria de la Institución Educativa “Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes” de Ica el 50% es de nivel bajo, el 46.2% es de nivel intermedio y el 3.8% es de nivel alto sobre la forma en que se transmite el VIH/SIDA. Los estudiantes del 5to año de secundaria de la Institución Educativa “Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes” de Ica el 64.4% es de nivel bajo, el 21.2% es de nivel intermedio y el 14.4% es de nivel alto sobre la forma como se diagnostica el VIH/SIDA Los estudiantes del 5to año de secundaria de la Institución Educativa “Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes” de Ica el 6.1% es de nivel bajo, el 73.5% es de nivel intermedio y el 20.5% es de nivel alto sobre cómo se previene el VIH/SIDA.
Conclusión: Los estudiantes del 5to año de secundaria de la Institución Educativa “Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes” de Ica el 40.1% es de nivel bajo, el 47% es de nivel intermedio y el 12.9% es de nivel alto en conocimientos sobre el VIH/SIDA.
