Apoyo familiar y adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con tuberculosis atendidos en el Centro de Salud Tinguiña Ica junio 2018

La tuberculosis es una enfermedad infecciosa aerógena ya que habitualmente ingresa por las vías respiratorias, sigue siendo una enfermedad de impacto en la salud pública, que afecta directamente a la población y por consecuente altera la vida cotidiana tanto personal y familiar. El estudio tiene por objetivo identificar el apoyo familiar y la adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con tuberculosis atendidos en el Centro de Salud Tinguiña Ica junio 2018. El estudio fue cuantitativo, descriptivo, no experimental, y de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo constituida por 25 pacientes. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta. Resultados: Referido a los datos generales el 72% (18) son mayores de 30 años; 60% (15) son de sexo masculino; 72% (18) son de procedencia la costa; 76% (19) tienen grado de instrucción secundaria; el 88% (22) es religión católica. De los pacientes con tuberculosis según dimensión apoyo afectivo el 72% (18) es regular, el 20% (5) es bueno, y el 8% (2) es deficiente. Según dimensión apoyo emocional el 64% (16) es regular, el 24% (6) es bueno, y el 12% (3) es deficiente. Según dimensión apoyo instrumental el 60% (15) es regular, el 20% (5) es bueno, y el 20%
(5) es deficiente. El apoyo familiar global el 60% (15) es regular, el 20% (5) es bueno, y el 20% (5) es deficiente. La adherencia al tratamiento el 44%
(11) es regular, el 36% (9) es bueno, y el 20% (5) es deficiente. Conclusiones: El apoyo familiar en los pacientes con tuberculosis según apoyo afectivo, apoyo emocional y apoyo instrumental es regular. La adherencia al tratamiento según: Factores Intrínsecos es regular.
