Frecuencia de detección precoz de cáncer de mama en mujeres mayores de 30 años que acuden al hospital Antonio San Borja Antocich Essalud Pisco julio a agosto 2019

Resumen
Objetivos: Precisar la frecuencia de detección precoz de cáncer de mama en
mujeres mayores de 30 años que acuden al Hospital Antonio Skrabonja
Antoncich Essalud Pisco julio a agosto 2019
Material y método. Estudio observacional, transversal, prospectiva, descriptiva
en 110 mujeres que acuden a este hospital y que se realizaron algún examen
de mama tendiente a detectar tumores de mama.
El 57.3% de mujeres mayores de 30 años ellas se realizó algún examen con
fines de detectar precozmente cáncer de mama. Las mujeres de 50 a más años
(67.3%) son las que con mayor frecuencia realizan algún examen tendiente a
detectar precozmente cáncer de mama. Mujeres que realizan exámenes de
detección precoz de cáncer de mama son en su mayoría de grado de
instrucción superior (54.5%) luego de las que poseen solo secundaria (33.6%)
y finalmente las de grado de instrucción primaria (11.8%). Las mujeres que se
realizan exámenes de detección precoz de cáncer de mama son en su mayoría
convivientes o casadas (32.7% y 27.3% respectivamente) mientras que en
menor proporción las separadas y soleteras (20.9% y 19.1%).Mujeres que
realizan exámenes son en su mayoría las que tienen labores dependientes
(40.9%) de alguna institución particular o del estado, seguido de las
independientes (36.4%) y en menor proporción las que son amas de casa
(22.7%). Mujeres antecedente de familiares ya sean de 1° o de 2° orden
sanguíneo que se someten a exámenes (52.7%).
