La atención integral del niño son acciones realizadas por el profesional de enfermería, responsable de observar y hacer seguimiento al crecimiento y desarrollo del niño, de manera segura con el fin de detectar desviaciones en dichos aspectos favoreciendo una evaluación óptima y segura, así mismo evitar consecuencias que afecten su salud. El objetivo del estudio fue Determinar los factores condicionantes al cumplimiento del control de crecimiento y desarrollo en madres de niños preescolares Centro de Salud
San Juan de Dios Pisco Diciembre 2016. Material y métodos: El tipo de estudio fue de enfoque cuantitativo, alcance descriptivo y corte transversal, la técnica usada para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta y como instrumento un cuestionario previamente validado por juicio de expertos, el cual consta de 23 ítems, cuya confiabilidad fue demostrada a través del coeficiente alfa de Cronbach Resultados: Dentro de los factores condicionantes al cumplimiento del control de crecimiento y desarrollo se encontró que fueron desfavorables en la mayoría de madres alcanzando 62% de manera global, asimismo, en cada una de sus dimensiones fueron desfavorables alcanzando: Factores personales 60%, factores económicos 58%, factores culturales 55% e institucionales 52%.Sin embargo, en la dimensión factores sociales fueron favorables en un 42%. Conclusiones:
Los factores condicionantes al cumplimiento del control de crecimiento y desarrollo fueron desfavorables en las madres de niños preescolares.
