Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar los factores asociados a las complicaciones
osteomusculares en pacientes post-COVID atendidos en el C.S. La
Tinguiña durante el periodo enero a junio del 2021.
Materiales y métodos: El presente estudio es de nivel relacional, de tipo
cuantitativo, observacional, analítico, transversal y retrospectivo. Se usó
una población de 429 pacientes de los cuales se incluyeron a quienes
fueron atendidos en el C.S. La Tinguiña, que hayan tenido COVID-19 y que
no tengan un estado terminal; para la muestra se utilizó un total de 203
pacientes. Como técnica se empleó revisión documental y la ficha de
recolección de datos, como software estadístico se tomó en cuenta el
STATS 2.0 y SPSS v25.0, para encontrar los resultados.
Resultados: Se encontró que la edad promedio fue de 35 años de los
cuales el 50,7% eran hombres, entre la frecuencia de las complicaciones
osteomusculares se encontró que un 17,2% tiene calambres, 21,2%
lumbalgia y un 18,2% dolores articulares. Con relación a las complicaciones
se observa que el 39% presentan complicaciones osteomusculares. Un
77,8% de los participantes que presentaron diabetes mellitus, presentan
una complicación mayor. Finalmente de los pacientes cuya enfermedad
duraron más de 2 semanas tienen un gran porcentaje de presentar
complicaciones (60,6%).
Conclusiones: Se concluye que un gran porcentaje de la muestra presenta
complicaciones osteomusculares por diferentes factores, ya sea porque
presentan enfermedad más de 2 semanas o presenten una patología
específica (diabetes mellitus).
