OBJETIVO: Determinar los factores de riesgo materno perinatal
asociados con ruptura prematura de membranas en las gestantes
atendidas en el Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión en el año 2019.
MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS: Estudio de tipo analítico, casos y
controles, retrospectivo, observacional y transversal. La muestra fue de
258 gestantes, siendo: 86 gestantes con diagnóstico de RPM (casos) y
172 gestantes que no presentaron RPM (controles), todas atendidas en
el hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión, en el año 2019. Todos los
analices estadísticos se realizaron con el software SPSS versión 25.
RESULTADOS: Se obtuvo que la anemia gestacional (p=0.00) [OR:
5.127; IC: 95% (2.785 – 9.437)], la paridad (p=0.002) [OR: 2.466; IC:
95% (1.375 – 4.423)] y la infección del tracto urinario (p=0.003) [OR:
2.999; IC: 95% (1.316 – 4.019)], tienen una alta significancia estadística.
CONCLUSIONES: Se concluye que existe una asociación significativa
entre los factores de riesgo maternos y la ruptura prematura de
membranas, donde encontramos que la anemia, la multiparidad y la
infección del tracto urinario afectan a las gestantes que se atienden en
el Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión en el año 2019.
