Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar acerca de los condicionantes maternos que se
asociaron a efectos adversos por anestesia raquídea en gestantes
sometidas a cesárea en el Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza, de Enero a
Diciembre de 2018.
Metodología: Estudio observacional, analítico de casos y controles, corte
transversal y retrospectivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 126
gestantes sometidas a cesárea.
Resultados: No se demostró significancia estadística entre las variables de
estudio asociadas a efectos adversos por anestesia raquídea. En cambio, se
encontró asociación significativa en las variables preeclampsia con criterios
de severidad y enfermedad cardíaca, siendo un factor de riesgo asociado a
efectos adversos por anestesia raquídea.
Conclusiones: La preeclampsia con criterios de severidad y enfermedad
cardiaca demostraron ser factores de riesgo asociados a efectos adversos
por anestesia raquídea, siendo el más evidente la hipotensión arterial leve
en gestantes cesareadas en el H. N. Arzobispo Loayza, de Enero a
Diciembre 2018
