Resumen
El Objetivo Es Analizar Sistemáticamente Las Evidencias Sobre La Eficacia Del Método Plasma De Peróxido De Hidrogeno sterrad Para Optimizar La Esterilización De Dispositivos Médicos Termosensibles. Material Y Métodos: La Revisión Sistemática Es Un Diseño De Investigación Observacional Y Retrospectiva, Sometido A Selección Critica Utilizando El Sistema De Evaluación Grade Para La Identificación Del Grado De Evidencia En La Siguiente Bases De Datos: Pudmed, Redalyc, Cochrane, Sciencederect, Researchgte, Bvs Y Lylacs. De Los 5 Artículos Revisados, El 60% En Ensayos Clínicos Aleatorios Y El 40% Estudios Cuantitativos De Costos Por Proceso. El 60% De Los Estudios Se Realizaron En EEUU, El 20% En Italia Y El 20 % Austria. Resultados De Las Evidencias Encontradas, 100% De Los Estudios Concluyen Que El Método Plasma De Peróxido De Hidrogeno sterrad Es Efectivo Para Optimizar La Esterilización Del Instrumental Médico Termosensible Y Esta Directamente Relacionado Con El Método De Descontaminación Usado Previamente. En La Evaluación De Costos (40%) Se Obtiene Que A pesar Del Costo Elevado Del Sistema sterrad, A Largo Plazo Muestra Eficacia Económica En Tecnología. Conclusión: El Método Plasma De Peróxido De Hidrogeno Sterrad Es Eficaz Para Optimizar La Esterilización De Dispositivos Médicos Termosensibles.
