EFICACIA DE LA COLECISTECTOMÍA LAPAROSCÓPICA DE UNA SOLA INCISIÓN FRENTE A LA COLECISTECTOMÍA LAPAROSCÓPICA DE OTROS PUERTOS EN LA ESTÉTICA Y RECUPERACIÓN DEL PACIENTE ADULTO CON COLECISTITIS

Objetivo: Analizar y sistematizar las evidencias sobre eficacia de la colecistectomía laparoscópica de una sola incisión frente a la colecistectomía laparoscópica de otros puertos en la estética y recuperación del paciente adulto con colecistitis. Materiales y Métodos: Estudio de tipo cuantitativo, el diseño una revisión sistemática, la población estuvo constituida por 18 artículos y se tomó como muestra 10 artículos científicos, el instrumento de búsqueda se realizó en las siguientes bases de datos: Cochrane Library, Scielo British Medical Journal, PubMed, Epistemonikos, Lilacs y EBSCO, para la evaluación de los artículos se utilizó el sistema GRADE el cual evaluó la calidad de evidencia y la fuerza de recomendación de los artículos. Resultados: Se realizó la revisión de los 10 artículos las cuales evidenciaron la eficacia de la cirugía laparoscópica de una sola incisión ya que los pacientes sometidos a esta intervención presentaron menor dolor post operatorio, menos días de estancia hospitalaria, el reincorporo a sus actividades en menos tiempo y un resultado estético muy favorable en comparación a la cirugía laparoscópica de otros puertos. Conclusiones: Se concluyó que el 30% de los estudios evidencian que la colecistectomía laparoscópica de una sola incisión es eficaz, 40% indica que ambos procedimientos son eficaces; mientras que el 30 % concluye en que la cirugía laparoscópica de una sola incisión no es eficaz debido a complicaciones de herida operatoria, hernia incisional y tiempo operatorio prolongado.
