Alteración de la hemoglobina durante la semana 27 -29 de gestación como factor para desarrollar preeclampsia en gestantes del hospital Leoncio Prado

Resumen
Se llevará a cabo un estudio con la finalidad de demostrar que hay relación con
el valor de hemoglobina durante la semana 27-29 de gestación y el desarrollo
de preeclampsia, el estudio incluirá pacientes del servicio de Obstetricia del
Hospital Leoncio Prado durante Enero- Diciembre 2018.
El grupo de casos estará constituido por gestantes que desarrollaron
preeclampsia y el grupo control por gestantes que no desarrollaron
preeclampsia hasta el término de la gestación.
El estudio será analítico, observacional, longitudinal, retrospectivo, de casos y
controles.
Se utilizará el análisis de regresión múltiple para examinar la asociación entre
la hemoglobina y las características maternas y la gravedad de la preeclampsia,
clasificada según la gestación al momento del parto, el peso al nacer.
