Satisfacción de la madre del menor de un año con la atención en el servicio de Crecimiento y Desarrollo del Hospital Santiago Apóstol - Bagua Grande, 2019

Abstract

The present study carried out with the objective of knowing the satisfaction of the mother of a child under year of age with care in the Growth and Development Service of the Santiago Apóstol Hospital, Bagua Grande, 2019. Descriptive research, non-experimental, cross- sectional study. Taking as a sample 95 randomly selected mothers. Data was obtained by applying the Likert-type questionnaire of 20 questions, validated by Lopez B20, whose reliability, according to Cronbach's alpha value of 0.83. Satisfaction was classified as high (greater than 52 points), medium (44 to 52 points) and low (less than 44 points). It was found that mothers have a secondary education level (47.4%). According to the technical- scientific dimension, satisfaction is medium with 65%, in the human dimension satisfaction is medium with 67% and in the environment dimension it is medium with 88%. It is concluded that the satisfaction of the mother of the child under one year with care in the CRED Service, in a high percentage is medium.
