Satisfacción del paciente con la calidad del cuidado de enfermería en el servicio de hospitalización, hospital de apoyo I Santiago apóstol de Utcubamba, 2018

Abstract

The present work aimed to determine the relationship between the degree of patient satisfaction with the quality of nursing care in the hospitalization service, Hospital de Apoyo I Santiago Apóstol de Utcubamba, 2018. The research was quantitative approach, descriptive level, correlational and transversal. The sample used for this purpose was one hundred and six patients who managed to meet the research selection criteria. The intentional non-probability sampling technique was used; Data were collected using the survey, using the patient satisfaction questionnaire regarding the quality of nursing care (PSNCQQ) as an instrument. The results found were regarding the sociodemographic profile, 72.6% are male, 52.8% are between 18 to 29; 46.2% are single; 54% report a good degree of satisfaction regarding nursing care and 46% refer that the level of quality regarding nursing care is good, according to the relationship between the degree of satisfaction perceived by the patient regarding nursing care was p ≤0.05 which means highly significant. It is concluded that there is a relationship between the degree of patient satisfaction with the quality of nursing care.
