Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar los factores relacionados a los estilos de vida en adultos asistentes a Iglesias Adventistas de Ñaña del distrito de Lurigancho-Chosica, 2020. Metodología: Se utilizó el cuestionario de Estilos de Vida Saludables elaborado por Salazar y Arrivillaga (2005) y adaptado por Palomares (2014) en Lima-Perú para evaluar según puntaje los estilos de vida saludables. Para procesar datos se utilizó el programa estadístico STATISTIC. Se realizó la prueba de normalidad Kolmogorov-Smirnov para la estadística inferencial y el p-valor fue < 0.05, se optó por la prueba no paramétrica de Rho Spearman. Justificación: Aportará una base de datos actualizada que permitirá la toma de decisiones basada en evidencia. Los resultados permitirán plantear programas educativos a futuro con el objetivo de seguir mejorando los estilos de vida. Resultados: En este estudio donde participaron 256 feligreses, 57% se ubica en Estilo de vida “Saludable”, el 38,7% “Poco Saludable”. Asimismo, al análisis de sus dimensiones se observó que el 47.7% percibió como poco saludable en la actividad física y deporte, el 45.3% calificó como saludable su recreación y manejo del tiempo libre, y el 67.6% opino que es poco saludable el consumo de alcohol, tabaco y otras drogas. Conclusiones: Se encontró relación significativa entre el funcionamiento familiar, en sus dimensiones cohesión (p=0.026) y adaptabilidad (p=0.000) y de igual manera con la religiosidad y dimensiones recreación y manejo del tiempo libre, hábitos alimenticios, autocuidado y cuidado médico. Por último existe relación entre autoestima y dimensión actividad física y deporte con p= 0,005.
