Resumen
El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo demostrar si existe relación entre felicidad y espiritualidad en un contexto cristiano, tomándose como participantes una muestra representativa de 125 miembros de una iglesia cristiana de Lima Este, que oscilan entre los 17 y 88 años de edad. El diseño y tipo de investigación fue no experimental y de corte transversal. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la Escala de Felicidad de Lima (EFL) y el cuestionario de Espiritualidad. En los resultados se hallaron que existe relación significativa entre felicidad y espiritualidad de modo que la espiritualidad contribuye directamente a que las personas puedan experimentar situaciones agradables que se suman a su estado de felicidad. Por otro lado, se encontraron altos niveles de felicidad en los solteros en comparación a las personas casadas, además se presentó un mayor nivel de espiritualidad en el género masculino.
