dc.description.abstractLa lectura del marco teórico y de los antecedentes de investigación concretadas sobre el delito de feminicidio, nos informan que los factores que inciden en la comisión del delito de feminicidio se agrupan en dos: estructurales y directas. A partir de dicha información, la investigadora, se formuló como objetivo explicar los principales factores que inciden en la comisión del delito de feminicidio en imputados de las provincias de Chincheros y Andahuaylas, durante el período 2017 al 2019.
dc.description.abstractThe reading of the theoretical framework and of the concrete investigation antecedents on the crime of femicide, inform us that the factors that influence the commission of the crime of femicide are grouped into two: structural and direct. Based on this information, the researcher formulated the objective of explaining the main factors that affect the commission of the crime of femicide in defendants from the provinces of Chincheros and Andahuaylas, during the period 2017 to 2019.
